GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Making a booking through the web page RESIDENCIALBOGAMARI.COM involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of each and every general condition, which are considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
When a booking is made, it is done by making a secure credit card payment of a deposit, whose amount is indicated on the corresponding payment page. A booking is not considered firm until this deposit has been paid. The rest of the payment must be made at the beginning of the provision of the service, otherwise the booking is considered to be cancelled according to the conditions detailed in the cancellation section. Customers will receive details of their bookings by e-mail, together with an identification number (reference), all associated information, the conditions and refund policy. The commissions, expenses or differences of value derived from the use of credit or debit cards, or currency changes that require the payment of the services to Cas Angel S.A. they will always be at the client’s expense.

EXTRA BED
If you need an extra bed, you will be charged with 40€ per night per bed.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking.
No hen parties are allowed. It’s also strictly forbidden the organization of parties, with or without music, that may disturb the rest of the guest of Residencial Bogamari. Any of these events may cause expulsion of the complex without refund of the amount paid.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel the services requested or contracted at any time, not entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid the deposit previously expected. In any case, cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled arrival to the establishment will be charged 100% of the reservation. In case of early departure, whatever the reason, the accommodation will charge the total amount of the stay
DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE AND EXTRA CLEANING
Upon arrival at the establishment you may require payment, or blocking if the credit card is accepted by the establishment, in the amount of 300€ as a deposit to pay for any breakages and damage. In the event of damage or breakages, the cost shall be deducted from the amount paid, blocked or directly charged to the card provided by the guest for the payment of his stay. If there are no breakages or damages, the deposit will be refunded if the payment was made in cash or blocking undone if using a credit card. In case of extreme dirtiness of a villa that requires an extraordinary cleaning service, the amount of €150 will be charged on the previous deposit or on the credit card provided by the client.
